Our training plans have been proven by busy athletes, smashing their personal bests, winning or placing in races since their inception way back in 2011 when we started out as TriSpecific Coaching. 

Below you’ll find our plan options. Our main coaching focuses on Ironman, Half Ironman, Off Road Triathlons and Ultra running of all distances. However we have created many plans for different athletes via our custom plan option.
