While there is a lot of negative crap going on in the world right now I’m going to focus on the positive things.

And that’s part of my advice in today’s podcast. I also talk about how we quit every day without really thinking that it will hurt our performances over the long haul. In fact, we don’t even consider it quitting but it is.
This is not being a downer. This is creating awareness and from there we have a conscious choice to change and thus make big improvements.
