"I started working with Charlotte some months before the pandemic lockdowns and the timing couldn’t have been better! We created personal bike and run challenges for me to have goals to work towards in place of canceled races. Once racing returned, she coached me through my most consistent Ironman training season ever, followed by trail races, and my first gravel bike race. Balancing the training for different events, integrating strength training, ensuring proper recovery, all while juggling work and personal responsibilities would be impossible on my own! Charlotte has made it all possible and I look forward to working with her for years to come."
"Hi Kristian. I started fat and slow in 2015 with a 5.25 busso half. That got me motivated, and I trained for busso ironman on my own steam. Long story short my guts blew up, shat out intestine lining and crawled over the line in 13 hours. That's when I started looking for you. I thought I needed a better way to get 300 calories of sugar shit in me an hour. I actually had my credit card details on another coaching website, but something drew me to search again. Your message really resonated with me and I think that clicking search again rather than pay has led me to one of the better decisions in my life. Up til starting your program I didn't really BELIEVE I could get fast enough to qualify for Kona, but the gains in both physical and mental strength have been eye opening to me. At busso 70.3 this year I knocked out a 4.29. I now believe whole heartedly with your message. Thankyou for your energy and your awesome training program. Thankyou for getting me away from carb dependency and being a fat fitty Thankyou for helping to increase my self belief as a contender rather than a participant. Thankyou for helping me return to the roots of what I love about endurance training. Thanks for the great podcasts too. You guys are champs. Thanks again Sincerely Rob Sharp"
"Can I say how much I love your podcasts? After listening to a podcast on mind/mental challenges, it made all the difference in my first full Ironman event at Coeur d'Alene last June...at 106 degrees, the wisdom dolled out in your podcast got me mentally prepared as I reset expectations with the heat. Pacing myself, my last six miles of the marathon were my fastest and I finished right at my target time. With 5 70.3's under my belt before the Ironman, CDA was my best race ever, putting me in the top 25% of my age div 50-54. No podiums, but that wasn't the goal...steady pace in each discipline, stay healthy, keep HR down in the heat, have fun and finish strong. I really can't say enough how much your podcast helped me! Keep up the great work and know you're making the world more beautiful. Allergic to Average"
