I’m just blown away by the improvements I've been able to achieve. I competed in the Cairns 70.3 last Sunday the 14th as a 40-44 age grouper. I was able to complete it in 5:31:35. While not the fastest time ever recorded it was an improvement of 32 minutes on my time from the same event last year.
